Yes, we deliver to France, Belgium, and all the countries in the European Union, as well as a good part of the world.
France: average time 48–72 hours
Belgium: 24–48 h
Other countries: depending on destination.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. However, for France, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal, shipping is free for orders over a certain amount. If you have any questions about shipping costs, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to optimize them for you.

Each box contains 1 flagship product, 1 surprise, and 1 discovery card.
Delivery included everywhere in France, Europe, and around the world
You can definitely gift a subscription to the box or a package. When placing your order, simply provide the address where the order should be delivered, and our team will take care of everything.
Would you like to add a small gesture or a note in your package? A simple email or a phone call, and we will be happy to take care of it.
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) with Stripe, Bancontact, PayPal, or simple bank transfer.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking information via your customer account.
This information is updated directly by the carrier, from the printing of the label to the delivery of the package.
In accordance with the Economic Law Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay penalties, except for the direct costs of returning the goods.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision to BELices.be in a clear and unambiguous manner (for example, by email or by mail).
BELices.be will refund the customer the total amount paid, including the initial shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery method offered by BELices.be), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification, provided that the returned item or proof of its shipment is received.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Economic Law Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods that deteriorate or expire quickly (for example, perishable goods, fresh products, etc.)
