GENERALITIES
Our rates are calculated based on the weight of the order. When you enter your cart, the site will automatically calculate the weight of your order and will offer you the available delivery options during the checkout process. Feel free to test each one to see their price.
We have not yet been able to set up shipping fees for all countries. In case you wish to order from a country that is not yet included in our usual rates, the site will offer you a solution, but it may not be the cheapest one. Our team is always available to help you find a solution.
It is also worth noting that for certain destinations, free delivery is possible from a certain order amount. If this is not set up for the area you are in and you believe it could be possible; do not hesitate to contact our teams who will work with you to find the cheapest and most suitable solution for your request.
Regarding the packaging of parcels, in a commitment to reasonable consumption, we have chosen to use reused cartons. However, please be assured that our packaging teams do everything they can to protect your parcels and ensure they arrive in good condition. If not, upon receiving the parcel, please take a photo of the damage and send it to us so that we can compensate you.
As a general rule, we have no limitations on our destinations. However, it is understood that certain challenges will be impossible to overcome. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any deliveries in conflict zones or in a country under embargo.
DELIVERY ZONES AND METHODS
In Belgium, we deliver either to a Mondial Relay point or to your home. Delivery is free to a Mondial Relay point for orders over €30 and to your home for orders over €40.
In the Netherlands, we deliver either to a Mondial Relay point or to your home with a rate calculated based on the weight of the order.
In France, we deliver either to a Mondial Relay point or to your home. Delivery is free to a Mondial Relay point for orders over €40 and to your home for orders over €60.
In Spain, we deliver either to a relay point or to your home. Delivery is free to a relay point for orders over €80 and to your home for orders over €100.
In Portugal, we deliver either to a relay point or to your home. Delivery is free to a relay point for orders over €80 and to your home for orders over €150.
In Switzerland, we deliver to your home with a rate calculated based on the weight of the order
